Professor Irma Mooi-Reci | Founder & CEO
Professor Irma Mooi-Reci is a visionary academic operating at the intersection of data science, labor sociology and workforce intelligence. As an internationally renowned labor expert, she has spent over two decades researching how economic disruptions, employment instability and shifting market dynamics impact long-term career trajectories.
Driven by a mission to turn complex, large-scale labor analytics into highly actionable real-world guidance, she founded JobSciences to fundamentally revolutionize how organizations, educators and individuals navigate the modern workforce. Under her leadership, JobSciences built and launched Jobography.ai.
Professor Mooi-Reci brings unparalleled authority to this venture as a Professor and the former Head of Sociology at the University of Melbourne. Her elite global academic background includes prestigious research fellowships at Oxford University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside major funding validation from the Australian Research Council.
